CIAC researcher participates in Macau Television program
CIAC collaborator Cármen Monereo was recently interviewed by Televisão de Macau – TDM, on the radio program “À Conversa Com”, in which she presented the research she has been developing in the areas of Strategic Communication and Corporate Philanthropy.
During the interview, Cármen Monereo outlined the main lines of her academic and professional career, highlighting her most recent focus on case studies applied to the context of Macau. This research, which led to a publication, analyses specific practices and dynamics in the territory, contributing to a better understanding of the role of organizations in promoting social impact.
In this context, her participation in the book Media, Art & Technology in the Nine Portuguese Speaking Cultures, edited by Professor José Manuel Simões (University of Saint Joseph, Macau), is also noteworthy. The book includes a chapter authored by Carmen Monereo dedicated to philanthropy in Macau, focusing on the work carried out by organizations such as the Fundação Rui Cunha, Banco Nacional Ultramarino, and Fundação Oriente.
