CIAC researcher joins the team of trainers for the Leadership for Learning Programme

Manuel Flores, researcher at CIAC, is once again part of the team of trainers who will lead the second phase of face-to-face training for the “Leadership for Learning” programme, which will take place from January 30 to February 1, 2025, at CaixaForum in Zaragoza.

This programme is aimed at headteachers and all teachers who are part of the management team of educational establishments and focuses on “leadership for learning”. This year, 112 members of the management teams of the 56 schools in all of Spain’s Autonomous Communities are taking part, as well as 30 members of the management teams of the 15 school groups in Portugal. In this training programme, participants will develop leadership projects for change in educational establishments, with the aim of improving the quality of learning for students and the entire system.

The “la Caixa” Foundation promotes the Leadership for Learning Programme together with a team of experts and academics at national level and in collaboration with one of the most prestigious schools for training teachers and school leaders internationally: the Institute of Education (IOE) at University College London (UCL) is a world reference leader in teacher training, not only for its experience and impact in the UK, but also for its work with education systems around the world.
