Contrapeso Festival #5 ART AND ACADEMIA in partnership with CIAC and the Master’s in Creative Processes
From 25 November to 1 December 2025, the 5th edition of the Contrapeso Festival will take place, organised within the collaboration between CIAC/FCHS, the Master’s in Creative Processes, and the theatre company Mákina de Cena.
The festival will be held in Faro and Loulé and features more than twenty events, including theatre and jazz performances, a colloquium, round tables, masterclasses and international training sessions.
On 27 and 28 November, the Art and Academia colloquium will be held at the CCDR (from 10:00 to 13:00) and at the Faro Municipal Library (from 14:30 to 19:30).
