Mirian Tavares speaks about Art and Technology at the State University of Ceará

On August 27, Mirian Tavares, coordinator and researcher at CIAC, will be at the State University of Ceará to deliver a lecture titled Art and Technology. The event is organized by the Graduate Program in Teaching and Arteh – Research in Art, Teaching, and History.

Mirian Tavares will discuss the history of the arts in relation to technology, as well as the Digital Media-Art PhD program (DMAD) that she directs, focusing on artistic practices in digital media art. The lecture will take place at 2:00 PM (GMT -3) in the Central Auditorium of the Itaperi Campus.
