Mirian Tavares takes part in TUNING – Conversations about art, technology and the environment

Mirian Tavares, coordinator of CIAC, takes part in a conversation at the 289 association, on the theme: ‘TUNING – Conversations about art, technology, and the environment’.

The 289 association mentions that: “Based on the idea of attunement, this exhibition presents works that reflect on our coexistence with other species. Thinking of existence as an ambiguous place of interferences and mutations. This exhibition marks the start of 289’s artistic activity; it is an invitation to reflect on our role in the ever-changing ecosystem we inhabit.”

Moderated by Milita Doré and Fernando Amaro, with the participation of Cristina Veiga, Jorge Santos and Mirian Tavares.

The event will take place on 12 February at 6pm at Associação 289 — Rua Doutora Mariana Amelia Machado Santos, 1, ‘Cercado da Atalia’, in Faro.
