The Erasmus + ICFAL project (Institutionnalisation des Centres de Formation par ALternance aux Universités Marocaines) aims to define a structuring reference framework for the development of study cycles and work-based training, in line with Morocco’s economic and social development needs.
The aim is to support higher education institutions in setting up and running Alternative Training Centres (ATCs), within the framework of an integrated model that allows for shared management of training, on a contractual basis between the university and the company. The aim is to consolidate the quality of training and strengthen the relationship between training centers and the professional environment by developing public-private partnerships and sharing the best practices of European universities in the area of work-study/learning.
