Transcendence and citizenship. Mitocrytic study of the narrative of X. L. Méndez Ferrín, written by María Carreira López, constitutes an analysis of the deep semantic axes that encourage Ferrinian stories and that beam over all of his work. By the myth-critical method, conceived by Gilbert Durand, several mythical veins are observed in the Ferrinian production that converge into two veins filled with meaning.
