It aims to give visibility to all artefacts based on technology and digital media, creators or collaborators, from a transdisciplinary, humanistic and holistic perspective of integration and composition. The main objective is the construction and dissemination of knowledge through descriptions of artistic practices, authorship or co-authorship (including the narration and description of other works) and graphic data (images, diagrams, animations, drawings, sketches, among others).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The CIAC researchers presenting papers are Alexandre Martins, with two works: \u201cRight to copy &amp; memories in motion: textual, visual and dynamic collages using PowerPoint\u201d and \u201cThe Faro museum poster collection II: a virtual exhibition\u201d;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ana Perfeito presents the paper \u201cDesenvolvimento de um sistema de interatividade intoc\u00e1vel para a performance de live cinemas: SSL2020\u201d;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bruno Mendes da Silva, with the paper \u201cM\u00e9li\u00e8s, the inventor of TikTok: From Early Cinema Innovations to Media Education\u201d;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Clara Trigo presents \u201cGraus de Intera\u00e7\u00e3o em obras de m\u00e9dia-arte digital\u201d;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chiara Sgrinzatto presents \u201cMultipliCity, a case study in generative AI-assisted immersive illustration workflow\u201d;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cristina Cavalcanti, with the paper \u201cGender violence in the videoart Instruder(s)\u201d;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marta Amorim presents the paper \u201cSpectral spaces: from 19th-century stereoscopy to 21st-century generative AI\u201d;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nuno Felipe Martins, with \u201cNarrative Environments in Digital Art\u201d;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rui D&#8217;Orey presents \u201cAb Ob Sub Ject\u201d;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Susana Costa, with the paper \u201cDigital Authors: tackling online hate speech through storytelling\u201d;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And Rosim\u00e1ria Sapucaia, who also presents two papers: \u201cWeaving Digital Narratives: The Creation of Artefacts in Multimedia Production and Digital Games\u201d and \u201cBetween Cloves and Fragments: Bodies in Video Perfomance\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CIAC researchers will participate online in Artefacto 2024. The conference will take place at the University of Saint Joseph Green Campus in Macau on 5 and 6 December 2024.
