The award recognises academic work that contributes to the study of relations between Brazil and Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The prize-winning dissertation, entitled <em>\u201c\u2019P\u00e1trias\u2019: Action Proposal for the Transformation and Promotion of Media Literacy in a Context of Disinformation about Immigration on Digital Platforms\u201d<\/em>, was developed under the supervision of Professor Gabriela Borges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The 2025 edition recorded the highest international participation to date, bringing together work from researchers in Brazil, Spain, Portugal, the United Kingdom and Luxembourg. In addition to public recognition, the winners received a monetary prize, and the publication of the awarded theses and dissertations is also planned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The full results can be consulted
