The subject area attracts attention from various segments of society, especially those linked to the cultural milieu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With a view to the need to participate in this discussion, the Centre for Research in Arts and Communication of the University of the Algarve \u2013 CIAC and the \u2018Research in Art, Education and History\u2019 Research Group \u2013 IARTEH, within the Postgraduate in Education Programme of the State University of Cear\u00e1, organised this volume bringing together different researchers from Brazil and Portugal, with studies in the field of Arts, Communication and Education.
