The post-doctoral project entitled \u201cPrimeiro Plano: o espetador em constru\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d, framed by \u201cFilm and audiovisual literacy among children and youths: school, family and public policies\u201d, developed by Raquel Pacheco and hosted by CIAC, involves several national and international partners: the Autonomous University of Lisbon \u2013 UAL; the Research Center for Social Sciences \u2013 CICS.NOVA; the Ao-NORTE Association; the Fluminense Federal University \u2013 UFF; to UNIRIO; the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, the Federal University of Santa Catarina, the State University of Ponta Grossa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the framework of this project, CIAC will host (on its website) the different actions of cinema and education existing in the country in a kind of cinematographic literacy network, through a blog \/ site where these actors can exchange experiences in order to strengthen their own initiatives and those of the different actors, on the basis of empirical studies, to contribute to the definition of policies, in addition to institutional and commercial agents. This project will also develop an experimental film and education program, focused on human rights issues and responding to the interests, motivations and pleasures of children\u2019s and young people\u2019s use of film in school, valuing expression and participation. Promote its implementation and validation by designing comprehensive evaluation mechanisms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
