VALUE project seeks to define and implement a holistic model that facilitates, through disruptive methodology, innovative integration methods, learning mechanisms adapted to the needs of young people, among other aspects, the social and professional inclusion of young people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, with regard to their entry and contact with the labour market, specifically with paid traineeships and jobs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, the project team argue\u2019s that the inclusion of this specific target group depends on their acquisition of digital literacy, communication and psychosocial skills and other job-specific competences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Main goals of the project:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To enhance inclusive practices and initiatives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To strengthen excellence in the application of this model<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To develop, prototype and test an integrated inclusion support model<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20231205012000\/https:\/\/pololiteraciadigital.ipsantarem.pt\/did-value\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">http:\/\/pololiteraciadigital.ipsantarem.pt\/did-value\/<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The DID.
