{"id":2761,"date":"2023-12-20T07:33:14","date_gmt":"2023-12-20T07:33:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/web.ciac.pt\/?p=2761"},"modified":"2024-06-05T12:30:20","modified_gmt":"2024-06-05T11:30:20","slug":"front-winners-reskilling-for-mentors-with-immersive-experiences","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ciac.pt\/en\/projects\/front-winners-reskilling-for-mentors-with-immersive-experiences\/","title":{"rendered":"Front Winners: (re)skilling for mentors with immersive experiences"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Upon the development of the first edition of the course \u201cDigital Literacy for Labour Market\u201d which was based on an Erasmus+ KA2 Project (T21 http:\/\/t21.ese.ipsantarem.pt), in which was developed a set of activities regarding digital competences, inclusion and employability that were identified as good practices, replicable in other countries and continents<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, a major issue was raised, which was the importance of having a pre and post training sessions to support the educators that were involved in the course. The focus of the proposed project is the implementation various educational contents, from methodologies and guidelines, educational kits, one Escape Room with immersive games, best practices handbooks and an LTT activity for staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Research Hub \u2018Digital Literacy and Inclusion\u2019, based at the Polytechnic Institute Santar\u00e9m, was created on February 5th, 2020 and is coordinated by the researcher Maria Potes Barbas.
