It highlights how local associations addressing discriminatory issues, particularly racism, xenophobia, and gender issues, including self-representation and academic involvement, have become key actors in promoting new or renewed dynamics. The goal is to decipher the underlying positions of various intentions and actions, as well as their corresponding outcomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>The Palgrave Handbook of Global Social Change<\/strong><\/em> examines the link between globalization and social change, neoliberalism and social change, and society&#8217;s response to social change. The chapters primarily focus on these three broad themes and discuss their impact on different societies worldwide, from macro to local levels. The main objective is to investigate social change in a constantly transforming world with a new economic, political, and social order. The handbook brings together a group of experts and researchers who are interested in examining the impact of social change on modern society and on the lives and development of
