CIAC’ researchers launch the book Os pontos no Teatro Nacional D. Maria II

The CIAC researchers, Maria Eugénia Vasques and Alexandre Pieroni  Calado, launch the publication Os pontos no Teatro Nacional D. Maria II. The official event will take place on Thursday, November 2, at 6:30 p.m., in the lobby of the theatre.  The admission is free.

This book notes the disappearance of a theater maker who at least since the Middle Ages has followed the history of this art. Taking D. Maria II as a starting point, the materials gathered here are contributions to the reparation of the negligence to which the prompters have been voted. This book is part of the creation and research project Parole Soufflée, started in 2015, with the support of CIAC, which is based on the Kaspar auto-theater play:Palavra Soprada (2017), a simulacrum of the experience of watching a  show from the prompt corner.
