CIAC EVENTS

The 7th ‘Jornadas do CIAC’ Research Conference will take place on January 31, at 9:30 a.m., in room 2.35, of the Faculty of Human and Social Sciences, at the University of the Algarve.

At a moment of change, in which new goals and unprecedented challenges are being placed on the Humanities and Arts, CIAC shows once again that it is still formulating questions and seeking answers in these areas. This new edition of the event purposely brings junior researchers, taking their first steps in research as they prepare their master’s dissertations, around the same table as senior researchers, with highly respected work and CVs, yet still with a thirst to share their projects with the scientific community. With the transverse and cross-discipline nature it is known for, the 7th ‘Jornadas do CIAC’ Conference will host papers and presentations of projects located at the intersection between areas as distant as they are akin, including Visual Arts, Communication, Literature, Cinema, Photography, Theatre, Heritage or the emerging Digital Humanities.
