Javier Hernandez Ruiz gives lecture at CIAC’s invitation

On April 20, at 7:00 p.m., Javier Hernandez Ruiz, who has a PhD in Art History and is a professor at the European University of Madrid, will give the lecture “Plot 28: el primer universe transmedia de Ficción Total”, in amphitheatre 04, on Penha Campus. The guest speaker’s academic career has developed around the field of film and audiovisual, teaching subjects related to film studies, art history and audiovisual media. With regard to research, Javier Ruiz has been involved in several projects related to film, art and architecture and has published several books, including Escenarios de la fantasia: el legado de la arquitectura y las artes plásticas en el cine (1990). He recently joined the audiovisual project review board of the “Institut Valencià de Cinematografia Ricardo Muñoz Suay”.
