EXHIBITION
CIAC organises Interactive Media Art exhibition
The Interactive Media Art exhibition BSide, by the artist Rudolfo Quintas, organised by CIAC and the Visual Arts Course of the University of the Algarve opens on January 15, at 7:30 p.m., at Faro Municipal Museum. Bside is an exhibition made up of portraits of those who visit it. The portraits are created through software designed by the artist, which identifies faces in photographs and generates a graphic composition with them. This work investigates and focuses on aspects of image representation of visual culture and of popular culture on the Internet, where the public is a consumer but also a producer.
The exhibition runs until January 31, 2015 and can be viewed from Tuesday to Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
