CECAL welcomes exhibition by Gustavo de Jesus

CIAC researcher Gustavo de Jesus opens his exhibition Anadiomeno on August 01, at 10:00 p.m., at the Loulé Centre for Artistic and Creative Experimentation (CECAL). Starting with “a shapeless piece of wood, with bits of paint still clinging to it, a polished and worn stone, a rope entangled by time” the artist aims to promote a dialectic between several objects “that arise as a result of a creative process that tries to promote a discourse where the idea of the horizon is permanently present and, with it, a whole issue that surrounds it”.

The exhibition by the Tavira artist is open to the public until August 31.
