Final-year Visual Arts students exhibit in Loulé

The exhibition of the final-year Visual Arts students 2014 opens on July 05, at 9.30 p.m., at the Edifício Atlético, in Loulé. Resulting from a partnership between the Visual Arts Course and Loulé Municipal Council, the exhibition aims to promote the works of the final-year students of the graduate and postgraduate courses, created during the academic year.

The artistic research carried out by the students in their final course project will be present at this show, in several aspects, including: painting, video, sculpture, drawing, illustration, photography and multimedia installation.

The aim of this collective exhibition is to introduce to the community future professionals, who will work in the vast field of creative thinking and production in the areas of visual expression. The exhibition includes work by: Alyona Gorbach, Catarina Barôa, Cátia Soares, Diana Garcia, Filipa Cavacas, Filipa Leal, Graça Silva, Colucas, Márcio Santos, Magda Cubaixo, Nídia Câmara, Olga Ursu, Tatiana Pacheco, Vincent Régis, Bertílio Martins and Ernesto Ceriz. The exhibition will be curated by the following professors: Fernando Amaro, Mirian Tavares, Pedro Cabral Santo, Rui Sanches, Susana de Medeiros, Tiago Batista and Xana.
