SÍLVIA JERMIAS PARTICIPATES IN COLLECTIVE EXHIBITION AT THE SINES ARTS CENTER

CIAC collaborator Sílvia Venturinha Jermias participates in the collective exhibition of arts and media-digital art What planet do you live on? with her work “Somos Todos Mar”, The exhibition is on display at the Sines Arts Center until October 7, 2023, from 10h to 18h.

The Arts Center of Sines opened its doors to the Ateliers of Arts and Digital Arts of Sines – Plano B, Association of Plastic Artists, ArtiSet de Setúbal and Atelier of Expressive Arts of Vila Nova de Milfontes and presented the exhibition In which planet do you live? to the public on September 23, 2023.

Through painting, photography, drawing, digital drawing, illustration design, video art and installation, “Geodiversity and Water” presents itself as the artistic setting for this exhibition of environmental awareness about the place where we are – the place we inhabit. As a stimulus for the arts and digital media art, the poetic narrative of this exhibition invites to value and awaken to the natural wealth, through artistic diversity.

The exhibition involves the local communities, taking into account the cultural and age diversity, of Sines, Setúbal and Vila Nova de Milfontes, in the world problems. Direct the arts and digital media for environmental awareness under the theme of Geodiversity and Water. Communications and digital arts offer the scenario of an education for citizenship, from the perspective of artistic creation and enjoyment.
