Call for papers to Colloquium “A Peregrinação”
The international colloquium “A peregrinação de Fernão Mendes Pinto e a perenidade da Literatura de viagens” (The pilgrimage of Fernão Mendes Pinto and the perenity of travel literature), to be held in the 9th and 10th of October of 2014, at Universidade do Algarve (Campus de Gambelas), in Faro has now issued its call for papers.
The event, organized by CIAC and CLEPUL, celebrates the 400 years of the publication of Fernão Mendes Pinto book and intends to extend the scope of the specialists’ approach to the so-called travel literature.
