XVII CIAC CONFERENCE

SAVE THE DATE: XVII CIAC CONFERENCE TAKES PLACE ON 24 FEBRUARY 2023

On 24 February 2023, the University of Algarve hosts the XVII CIAC conference. Next year’s Edition is dedicated to Elvis Presley and the twentieth century’s popular culture.

The conference’s motto is to bring together researchers for the sharing, problematization, and discussion of projects, publications, methodologies, concepts, and pathways. Mark Duffett (University of Chester, UK) and Mathias Haeussler (University of Regensburg, Germany) are two of the confirmed keynote speakers.

In addition to the thematic conference, the XVII CIAC conference will have the usual panels dedicated to the research produced and hosted by the Center. One of these panels will present CIAC’s research groups.
