Call for submissions for the SEA-EU Film Festival is open until October 1st

The European University of the Seas (SEA-EU) invites all students to submit their entries for the SEA-EU Film Festival, which will take place at the University of Split (Croatia). Videos can cover any theme, must be between 3 and 15 minutes long, and the submission deadline is October 1st.

The festival aims to promote students’ artistic work and provide a platform for emerging talents to showcase their creations to an international audience. Entries will be reviewed by a jury of experts from all SEA-EU member universities, and the top-rated videos will be announced on October 14th. These selected videos will be screened at the festival during the Art Staff Week from November 5th to 7th.

The competition is free and open to all students, both from SEA-EU and other universities. Each participant may submit only one video, for which they must hold all rights and permissions. Videos should be spoken or subtitled in English, and AI-generated works will not be accepted. Submissions must be made via a form, with files in mov, mp4, or avi format.
