Carmen Monereo participates in the 5th edition of the Spring Conferences
CIAC researcher Carmen Monereo was part of the panel of speakers at the 5th Edition of the Spring Conferences, organised by the Macau Scientific and Cultural Centre, held in Lisbon from 13 to 26 March 2026.
As part of this conference cycle, Carmen Monereo participated as a speaker on 14 March, in the panel “Communication and Culture”, with the presentation “The Impact of Corporate Philanthropy on the Arts and Culture in Macau,” where she shared her experience and research in the fields of strategic communication and cultural impact.
The Spring Conferences provide a space for interdisciplinary reflection and debate, bringing together experts and researchers around topics relevant to understanding contemporary cultural dynamics, with a particular focus on the Lusophone world and its connections with Macau.
Carmen Monereo’s participation in this event reinforces the contribution of academic research to fostering dialogue between communication, culture, and society, promoting knowledge exchange and the critical analysis of current practices and trends.
