CIAC joins the “People of the Territory, People of April” initiative by CCDR Algarve.

To commemorate the 50th anniversary of April 25th, the Algarve Regional Coordination and Development Commission (CCDR), in partnership with the Design and Communication Course at the School of Education and Communication (ESEC) of the University of Algarve, invited three personalities from the region to share their memories of the Carnation Revolution as part of the “People of the Territory, People of April” initiative.

The commemorative session took place on April 22nd and was attended by the Rector of the University of Algarve, Prof. Dr. Paulo Águas, and the President of the CCDR Algarve, Dr. José Apolinário. Testimonies from Lídia Jorge, Carlos Albino, and Fernando Pessoa were presented in videos produced by researchers Joana Palminha and Filipa Martins, with post-production by CIAC.
