Presentation of the Complete Dramatic Works of Natália Correia book
The Public Library of Évora, on January 13, 2024, at 4:00 PM, will host a presentation session for the book “Complete Dramatic Works of Natália Correia”, whose edition is coordinated, critically introduced, and annotated by Armando Nascimento Rosa, a researcher at CIAC.
The National Press presents a unique book: for the first time in Portugal, all 14 dramatic works written by Natália Correia — some unpublished, others printed for the first time — have been brought together, and the book “Complete Dramatic Works of Natália Correia” has been published, an edition coordinated by Armando Nascimento Rosa. This book also emerges as a celebration of the centenary of Natália Correia’s birth.
In the presentation session, in addition to the coordinator’s remarks, the book will be presented by Luísa Monteiro, also a CIAC researcher, in a session moderated by Luísa Marques, librarian at ESTC – Escola Superior de Teatro e Cinema, who collaborated in the volume’s review. After the session held in Lisbon at Teatro São Luiz in November 2023, featuring Francesca Rayner and Fernando Dacosta, this is the second promotional event for the work in continental Portugal.
