The Research Group on Digital Literacy and Social Inclusion, created at CIAC by a protocol signed in 2020, aims to develop fundamental and Applied Research in three domains of knowledge:
- Digital Inclusion and Equity: Promote equity and digital inclusion for all citizens in today’s societies. Digital inclusion and equity: promote equity and digital inclusion for all citizens in today’s societies.
- Technology and Innovation: Building networks of stakeholders, entrepreneurs and innovators to understand the potential and risks of emerging technologies. The Group works on projects that explore the social impact of technologies such as generative artificial intelligence.
- Global networks and national and international collaboration: From the collaboration networks of researchers and stakeholders present proposals for policies and societal decisions in the domain of the digital.
This Research Group aims to bring together and articulate the work developed by the researchers who integrate it, in line with the general objectives of CIAC.
